Tent Cards are printed on 400gm Matt Art card. We offer two standard types of Tent Cards - Landscape (A) and Portrait (B). Both types can also be supplied laminated on the outside.
To complement our standard Full Colour Printing we also offer Hexachrome Printing (Six Colour Printing) and Metal FX (Metallic printing) on our standard stock.
Hexachrome can produce exceptional results, particularly for jobs which call for vivid oranges and greens. It involves the combination of six colours, rather than four in conventional printing to produce the full rainbow spectrum. Playing Cards and Boxes. We are now able to produce packs of cards in quantities which were previously completely cost prohibitive.
Our packs are litho printed in Full Colour on 300gm Solar Block Card. This unique material has a metallic core to prevent any possibility of show through. It meets the exacting requirements of gaming authorities worldwide. The printed cards are sealer gloss varnished to ensure exceptional quality and playability. Our cards are standard poker card size (2.5" x 3.5" or 89mm x 63mm).
Our packs consists of 54 cards. We are able to supply cards personalised on one side (the reverse being a standard set of playing cards). Alternatively cards can be fully personalised on both sides. As standard the cards are supplied in a plain box with a card attached to one side.

Our Labels are self adhesive and have a white gloss finish. They are permanent (i.e. non removable once applied). The label backing is split diagonally which makes it easy to peel the label from the backing no matter what the label size. NB. Our label material is not waterproof.
Prices are provided for the most popular label sizes. If your required size is different from those listed simply price as the next label size up. There is no additional charge for cutting, simply specify the actual label size required at time of order. Please note our minimum size label is 40mm
in either direction.
CD / DVD labels, printed on the same gloss material as our standard labels are available.
Special Shaped Labels. We are now able to die cut shapes out of A6, A5, A4 and 250mm square labels. |

Datacards are available in three different grades, gold, platinum and titanium. In each case the cards are 85mm x 54mm with 3mm rounded corners. They are printed in full colour on both sides.
Our Gold cards are printed on 400gm Matt Art Card which is sealer varnished on both sides. These can also be specified Gloss or Matt Laminated on one side or both sides.
Our Platinum cards are a laminate construction of rigid plastic on a card core. They have a high gloss finish on both sides. The thickness of the card is approximately 0.5mm.
Our Titanium Datacards look identical to our Platinum Datacards, at first sight. The difference is that they have a plastic core. This results in an exceptionally durable card which will withstand sustained handling. Their durability might be compared to a conventional Credit Card. |

Our Boxes are made from 400gm Matt Art Card for rugged durability. They can be printed on both the outside and the inside (if required) in Spot colour or Full Colour. They can be finished with Gloss or Matt Lamination. Box types B4, B5 and B6 can also be spot UV varnished. Please ask for details. Boxes are supplied flat but glued. This means they are ready to be filled on delivery.
Fluted liners are availble as an optioanl extra. Liners provide extra stiffness, if required for larger boxes. These are available for box types B4, B5 and B6. We feature six popular box sizes.

Card Badges are made from 1.25mm faced card. The card can be specified in a wide range of colours, see the swatch panel below. It is also possible to have the cards printed in Full Colour. The badges are always finished by die cutting to the required shape. We have a large number of standard formes available (as shown) or it is possible to have cards cut to a bespoke design. If a bespoke design is required it must fit within a 65mm x 75mm rectangle. There is a 'one off' forme cost of £75.00 for custom shapes. Please note, very complex shapes may require a more expensive forme.
Hot Foiling - All badges can have foil applied to one or both sides using a hot foiling process. The foils available are: Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Flat Black, Holographic Silver and Flat White.
In addition a unique Security foil can be specified for applications where the badges have a high face value. |

The cool way to ensure your name is always at the forefront of clients’ minds!’ Our Fridge Magnets are produced in Full Colour on 350gm Matt Art Card with a high gloss coat on the face side. They can be printed either single or double sided. They are supplied with self adhesive magnets which are 12mm wide x 50mm long. Whilst being exceptionally strong magnets they have an ultra low, 1.5mm, profile which means they are virtually flush to the surface minimising the chance of them being knocked off.
Fridge magnets are the ideal medium for conveying a message long term - such as a next dental check-up or the contact details of a 24 hour plumber. The gloss finish also allows them to be used as a wipe off memo board (using a wipe off pen). Of course they are just as effective as a simple Business Card.
Magnets are supplied loose. 2/3 A4 and A4 sizes are each supplied with two self adhesive magnets.

Our Bag Headers are printed in Full Colour on 400gm Matt Art card.
There are two types of Bag Headers. Type A 'Short' up to 150mm wide and Header Type B 'Long' for up to 300mm wide. The Headers can be any depth up to 105mm. Headers are supplied scored with a double Euroslot for maximum strength. |

Our Wobblers are printed on 400gm card and gloss laminated for ultimate durability. Wobblers are rectangular, portrait or landscape.
Wobblers can be die cut to virtually any shape. In this case the cost of the wobbler will be the cost of the standard square plus the cost of cutting.
The cost of the forme is a one off cost with the first order and will depend on the intricacy of the shape required.
Accessories: Clear Acetate struts with self adhesive pads at each end are supplied loose with the wobblers. It is also possible to specify spring or pliable metal twister struts.
Round corners can be specified as an additional finishing option. Rounded corners can be either 3mm or 10mm.

Slapper Bands are an innovative new product. In their rest state they are straight, but when they are 'slapped' the spring steel core wraps around to form a band. On removal the Slapper Band is simply unwound and clicks back to a straight state. The paper cover which is bonded to the steel can be printed in one, two or full colour. Slapper Bands are exceptionally durable and difficult to lose. They are suitable for re-use on numerous occasions.
They were originally designed as admission tickets for venues where clients wished to leave and return to the event without the hassle of finding their ticket. However, the range of applications is wide and varied. Where will you 'slap' yours?! |

Our Beer Mats are a litho printed laminated construction which combines high quality print with effective absorption properties. The absorption layer is 1.5mm thick open texture wood pulp board.
Beer Mats can be supplied single faced, the reverse being plain white; double faced with the same image on each side; or multi faced with a different image on each side. The price does not change whichever option is chosen.
NB. The Single Colour and Two Colour prices are based on the same colours being used on each side of the Mat. If your requirement calls for different colours on each side please add 50% to the table price. |

DVD CD sleeves, inlays, inserts and booklets Open Ended- These CD/DVD sleeves are printed on 400gm Matt Art card. The Sleeve can also be supplied laminated on the outside. Inserts, Trays and Booklets CD Tray Inlays are 150mm x 118mm flat size and designed to fit in a standard Jewel case. They are printed on 150gm Gloss Art paper and perforated twice. They can be printed single or double sided.
CD and DVD Books and Booklets are 120mm square for CD booklets and 120mm x 180mm for DVD booklets. Please specify which booklet you require.

Display Boards are made from Full Colour printed 150gm Gloss Art sheets laminated on to 2mm board. The same image is applied to each side of the board (or unprinted white 150gm paper is applied to the reverse of freestanding boards). We are able to supply the loose struts for free standing.
